Jenn Schaeffer, CMP has spent her entire career in the hospitality industry, building a reputation for thoughtful, detail-oriented service and memorable guest experiences. From her early roles in restaurants and not-for-profit organizations to founding Client Hospitality in 2011, she has focused on helping organizations elevate how they host, engage, and care for their clients by designing experiences which reflect their brand, strengthen relationships, and create lasting impressions.
Her background includes significant work in the not-for-profit and corporate sectors as an event and conference planner, where she managed meetings, conferences, and special events while balancing tight budgets, complex logistics, and mission-driven goals. Today, she continues to lead Client Hospitality with enthusiasm and a passion for intentional hospitality, creating environments and experiences where clients, guests, and teams feel seen, valued, and well cared for.
